Me leaning against the ’Three Shire Stone’ at the top of Wrynose Pass in the dark (after having cycled all but 150 meter of Hardknott Pass with 28% passages where I had to walk), which links the upper Duddon valley to Little Langdale. It was where the old county boundries of Lancashire, Westmorland and Cumberland met before a load of London centric know-alls lumped the lot together as Cumbria. (As explained to me by Jim Dominy)
